How much does a fence cost?
The cost depends on several factors: material type (wood, vinyl, chain link, metal), fence style, number of gates, and total linear footage. Pressure-treated pine is the most economical option, while cedar and vinyl are mid-range, and ornamental iron is premium. The best way to get an accurate price is to request a free estimate. We'll measure your property and give you a detailed, no-obligation quote.
What type of fence is best for my yard?
It depends on your goals. If privacy is your priority, a 6ft-8ft wood or vinyl privacy fence is ideal. If your yard backs up to a green space or pond, ornamental aluminum is popular. For budget-friendly security, chain link is a great option. For pets and kids, we recommend a full privacy fence with a self-closing gate. We'll help you choose the best option during your free consultation.
How long does fence installation take?
Most residential fence installations take 1-3 days depending on the fence type, total footage, and site conditions. If we're also removing an old fence, add 1-2 extra days. We'll give you a clear timeline during your estimate so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We understand a fence is a significant investment. We offer flexible financing options so every family can afford the security and privacy they deserve. Ask about our financing during your free quote. Qualification is quick and easy.
Do your fences come with a warranty?
Absolutely. Every fence we install comes with a warranty. Wood fences include a 1-year workmanship warranty. Vinyl fences come with a limited lifetime warranty against cracking, peeling, and discoloration. Ornamental metal fences include a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty. We stand behind every fence we build.
Who is responsible for the fence between two properties?
Land rights vary by area, so it's wise to check with your local tax assessor's office. Generally, the fence belongs to whoever's property it sits on. If there's any doubt, we recommend hiring a surveyor to mark property lines before installation. We do not conduct property surveys or imply property lines.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Rogers, AR and serve all of Northwest Arkansas including Bentonville, Springdale, Fayetteville, Lowell, Centerton, Pea Ridge, Cave Springs, Bella Vista, Siloam Springs, and surrounding communities in Benton and Washington counties.
Do you use pre-built fence panels?
No. We custom-build (stick-build) every fence on-site. Pre-fabricated panels create large gaps on sloped terrain and look uneven. Our custom approach allows us to follow the natural lay of your land for a smooth, professional finish with no gaps at the bottom.
